SmartSplit Premium Subscription Terms

1. Introduction
SmartSplit Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks advanced features within the SmartSplit application.
These Subscription Terms explain how SmartSplit Premium works.
By subscribing to SmartSplit Premium, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
2. SmartSplit Premium
SmartSplit Premium provides access to exclusive features and benefits that enhance your experience with the application.
Premium features may evolve over time as SmartSplit continues to improve and introduce new functionality.
The list of available Premium features may change without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
3. Subscription Plans
SmartSplit may offer different subscription plans, including:

Available plans, pricing, and billing periods are always displayed before you confirm your purchase.
4. Purchasing a Subscription
All SmartSplit Premium purchases are processed exclusively through:

Google Play Store
SmartSplit does not process payments directly.
All billing, payment processing, taxes, and invoices are managed by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective terms and policies.
5. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless automatic renewal is disabled before the renewal date.
Your Apple App Store or Google Play account will be charged according to the subscription you selected.
6. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Android
Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
You will continue to have access to Premium features until your subscription expires.
7. Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall SmartSplit or switch to a new device, you can restore your Premium subscription by selecting:

You must use the same Apple ID or Google account that was used to purchase the subscription.
8. Subscription Expiration
If your Premium subscription expires:

Your account will automatically return to the free plan.

Your existing data, groups, and expenses will remain accessible.
Your information will not be deleted simply because your subscription ends.
9. Price Changes
SmartSplit may modify subscription prices in the future.
Where required by applicable law, Apple or Google will notify you before any pricing changes take effect.
New prices will only apply to future billing periods.
10. Refunds
Refund requests are handled exclusively by:

SmartSplit cannot approve, reject, or process refunds.
If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Apple or Google directly using their official refund procedures.
11. Premium Features
Premium features may be added, improved, modified, or discontinued over time as SmartSplit evolves.
Our goal is to continuously improve the Premium experience while maintaining a fair and valuable subscription service.
12. Fraudulent or Improper Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Premium access if we detect:
